Once you place the cardstock you should not keep moving the fabric...you can paint it undisturbed, it just takes sometime to dry, then you can move...alternatively you can also use a cloth holder that's used for stitching

If you are using only water, it is fine to use on cloth...otherwise, you cannot use them for your professional works or on fabric....restrict the use to your craft projects and study work...this will ensure that you don't waste the paint and money

They are good..I have done a lot of paintings with these paints and I also personally know other artists using them for their professional work and it is good....they have also withstood time.

If its dried only at the top and you can still feel the paints moving by pressing the tube, you can cut and transfer the good paint to a bottle/jar with tightly closed lid and use it further. If it's completely dried out and it's very still inside, you might not be able to use it. If its recently bought - did you miss to close it fully? If closed properly they would come for years...

@@MadhulaCreations yup i closed them properly, but can i mix it with something to make them normal?, cause half of the tube is dried--and honestly I'm so glad that u have replied and trying solve all our issues, that's a great effort though, thank uu

Too much of water in your acrylics will end up not adhering to the surface.. depending on the underlying surface, the paint might crack and peel off.. but as a painting undercoat you can still use acrylics with water - just too much water on the layers will cause problems..

Cracks on the varnish layer I suppose? They happen when your varnish layer is uneven when drying...may be u used more varnish than required and it wasn't uniformly given

I think you are right... Now I remember that I have applied varnish unevenly.....but I have a one more question if we use to much water in acrylic painting (in canvas)and applying varnish (liquid) after drying, will it lead to cracks in painting?

Too much of water in your acrylic is a whole different issue.. depending on the underlying surface, the paints will not adhere to the surface well - so it might crack and peel off

Acrylics are designed to dry faster..so it is how the paint behaves...some ways you can try - you can work a bit faster, use artist quality paints, use more paint, if nothing works for you - try a retarder medium...I usually don't use a retarder medium, I love acrylics because they dry fast!

Use it in a very little amount on the work...alternatively you can also mix it up with other liquid varnishes - however do patch test before you do it on your actual work if you are mixing

If its completely dry, I would suggest not to use it...as it will spoil your end result...are they tube paints or bottles? Keep the paints closed properly to avoid drying..

The dried paints are the bottle .... First I was using the bottles ..... But now I am using the tubes ..... I would like to ask u a question ..... Which are good to use bottles or tubes....??

@@user-we4mk2ji8m definitely tube paints...for all my professional works I only use artist-quality tube acrylic paints...for my hobby projects I do use both - tube and bottle paints...

No.. it’s a black canvas

You can use any kind of paint, no problem.. but you have to choose your colours properly.. not all blue and red will make purple.. to give you an idea, there are orange-red and there are purple-red.. the orange-red are colours like cadmium red, scarlet lake etc.. they don’t give you a purple.. instead they give you muddy/dull colours when mixed with blue… so for the red you need to choose a more purple-red (tinted towards pink) like the crimson lake… similar case with blue.. there are warm blues and cool blues.. depending on the blue you choose you will get dull to bright purples.. after some experimenting you can just tell if you can get a pure purple just by seeing the colour on the tube..same is true with yellows and greens as well.. everything depends on the pigment inside
